A Dubaidecorative-finishes studio.

Since 2010, DecoPaint has been specializing in artisanal wall and floor finishes across the UAE. Based in Dubai, we work with residential, hospitality, and commercial projects to bring handcrafted quality to modern interiors. We combine traditional techniques with durable materials to ensure every surface feels personal and stands the test of time.

What we believe

Four things we won't bend on.

    We don't franchise

    Every applicator is on our books. The person who lays your floor isn't a sub-sub-contractor whose name you'll never know.

  • 02

    Mineral over plastic

    We work in lime, cement and real pigment. Paint covers — minerals become part of the wall. There's a difference and you can feel it.

  • 03

    Honest pricing

    We quote in square metres, all-in. Materials, labour, prep, warranty. We don't add a 30% margin on a quotation and bargain you down to feel like you've won.

    Show, don't sell

    Order a sample. Visit a site. Talk to a client. We don't believe in pressure — the work has to speak.

The story so far

Thirteen years, one workshop.

  1. Workshop

    2010

    The studio opens in DIP

    A two-room workshop in Dubai Investment Park. First five jobs are private villas — Marmorino on three, polished concrete on two.

  2. Commercial

    2013

    First commercial install

    A boutique hotel lobby in JBR — polished microcement, 480 m², six days on site. Still in service.

  3. Crew

    2016

    Crew of twelve

    We stop sub-contracting. Every applicator on site is on our payroll. The standard moves up.

  4. Warranty

    2019

    Five-year warranty

    We write it down. Bonding failure, visible cracking, accelerated wear — all covered. Nobody else in the region offers it on these finishes.

  5. Coverage

    2022

    Cross-emirate dispatch

    Permanent supervisors stationed in Abu Dhabi and RAK. We stop charging travel — same per-m² rate across all seven emirates.

    Now

    500+ projects, one studio

    Still one workshop, one crew, one set of standards. We pass on the overhead of being everywhere.
