A controlled, on-site sequence — each stage signed off before the next begins.

Survey & moisture check
Substrate levels, moisture, AC conditions and thresholds are checked before we commit to a timber build-up.
- 02
Set-out
Pattern centre lines, borders and direction are marked so the parquet reads correctly from the room entrance.
- 03
Prep & underlay
The slab is levelled where needed, primed, and detailed for acoustic or moisture-control layers.
- 04
Lay parquet
Blocks or panels are bonded in sequence, with joints kept tight and perimeter expansion protected under trim.
- 05
Finish & protect
Factory-finished boards are cleaned and protected; site-finished systems are sanded, sealed and handed over after cure.

Yes, when the interior is AC-controlled and the substrate is dry, level and correctly prepared. We check moisture and movement before recommending a timber system.
We do not recommend timber parquet inside wet rooms or shower areas. For those zones, use microcement, terrazzo or another water-tolerant floor finish.
Herringbone is the most versatile, chevron reads sharper and more formal, basketweave feels lighter, and Versailles panels suit larger heritage or hospitality rooms.
Most jobs run 3–6 days on site, plus a 7-day cure window before the surface is in full service.
By square metre, all-in: materials, labour, prep and a 5-year warranty. Specialty work is quoted per project.
