Process
How we install fluted finish.
A controlled, on-site sequence — each stage signed off before the next begins.

Set-out & substrate
We mark the flute spacing and prepare the wall so the fluted finish runs plumb and even across the surface.
- 02
Build coat
A plaster build coat is applied to the depth needed to mould or carve the vertical flutes.
- 03
Form the flutes
Flutes are shaped with a profile tool, kept parallel and consistent for that contemporary ribbed-wall look.
- 04
Refine & finish
Edges are refined, the surface sanded, and the fluted finish coated in your chosen colour.
- 05
Seal
A matte or satin sealer protects the fluted finish in living and high-touch areas.
